Coaching is a powerful tool for helping you to step away from your life and take stock. It is a way of pressing pause and asking “Is that really what I want?” And “Am I really who I want to be?”
Coaching recognises that you have everything you need within you to make the changes you want to make. A skilled coach can help you identify and access those resources.
Transformational coaching works at a deeper level, making it far more likely that change will be lasting.
Group coaching is a form of coaching for people with similar goals who work together in a group setting with the coach. I guide you through a series of sessions that will help you identify and achieve your professional and personal aspirations.
I am available to coach individuals or groups who want to gain insight and clarity on where they are now, where they want to be and how to get to there.
WHy COACHING?
Coaching is for everyone who is ready for change.
It’s client-led, future-focused and non-judgemental.
Work one-to-one or in small groups to identify where you are and what you want to do next.
Reflect on how you see yourself and your situation.
Explore your values, dreams, skills, strengths and talents to reconnect you with your identity and purpose.
Build your resilience so you can see the possibilities, hear your own voice and decide on the right next steps for you.
Identify tools, strategies and techniques that work for you and your situation.
What we’ll do together:
MY PRACTICE
Carl Rogers wrote that for people to flourish they must be respected and supported and not feel judged or criticised. I bring that to every session. I will sit with you, listen deeply, and never judge. My goal is to help you to hear your own voice.
As a skilled coach, I ask the questions that help you dig deep into your situation until you can see a way forward. Often my clients find that coaching allows them to gain a new perspective, see patterns and gain insight and awareness that makes it easier for them to know what to do next. We’ll work together to explore where you are in your life, face difficult choices and make decisions on next steps.
At the end of our sessions we may agree on some homework before we next meet: journaling or collecting data, celebrating a success, visualising a way forward or trying something new. The time between sessions is powerful as your mind continues the work we’ve been doing together.
“If you have doubts about coaching or whether you will get the support you need, you only have to give yourself a chance to work with Annabel.“
