More about me

I was in my element in schools. I taught History and Politics, then later created courses and built programmes in Global and Community Education. I travelled and worked all over the world, living in East Africa and the US, and was hugely privileged to meet people from all walks of life.

Then I found myself in an unhealthy and unhappy workplace. I tried to stay, but I knew it was time to leave. I trained as a coach with Animas and gained my accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. I am also an ICF trained group coach and EMCC Senior Practitioner and have completed specialist coach training in Neurodiversity.

As well as working with individual and business clients, I am also a pro bono coach through the Humanitarian Coaching Network, Refugee JumpStart Coaching and the ICF Foundation.
